JRP is the junk removal vendor for buyers who treat the decision seriously. We're built for the property manager with 14 buildings, the GC running concurrent jobsites, the realtor with a Friday listing deadline, and the executor managing an estate. Same standards, every account.
JRP (Junk Removal Plus) is the commercial-focused service brand operated by LoadUp Technologies, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company headquartered in Alpharetta, Georgia. We've been operating nationwide since 2014.
What we do
Most junk removal happens through fragmented local vendors with inconsistent service, surprise invoices, and no accountability across markets. That works for one-off household pickups. It doesn't work for the property manager running 14 buildings, the GC with three active jobsites, or the retail chain with a 50-store rebrand.
JRP consolidates that under a single national contract. One COI, one invoice, one named contact. The same operational standards in store one and store five hundred.
We do this through the LoadUp Technologies marketplace network: independent Loaders across 49 US states, vetted and coordinated through LoadUp's platform technology. The result is broad national coverage with the operational consistency procurement teams need. (We do not currently service New Jersey for this type of work.)
The LoadUp Technologies relationship
LoadUp Technologies, LLC is the parent company, founded in Atlanta in 2014, headquartered in Alpharetta, Georgia. LoadUp built the technology marketplace that connects customers with independent Loaders nationwide, and operates the consumer-facing platform at goloadup.com.
JRP (Junk Removal Plus) is one of LoadUp's service brands, focused specifically on commercial accounts and the buyers who need a vendor that operates the way procurement teams expect: COI documentation, contract terms, multi-location coordination, predictable invoicing, sustainability reporting.
When you book through JRP, the job is fulfilled by Loaders in the LoadUp network: background-checked, insured, operating as independent contractors on the platform. The operational backbone is the same one LoadUp has been refining for over a decade. The brand is positioned for the buyer who treats this as a real business decision.
How we operate
The number we quote is the number you pay. Custom pricing locked into contract. No surprise bills, no per-truck add-ons, no Friday afternoon scope creep.
COI matched to your contract language. Disposal documentation that satisfies audits. Invoicing structured to map to your AP system, not the vendor's.
The service quality is the same in store one and store five hundred. Background-checked Loaders, branded equipment, photo documentation of completed jobs.
Donation first. Recycling second. Landfill last. Sustainability reporting available for accounts that need ESG documentation.
Whether you're one location or five hundred, you get one named account contact. No phone tree, no being passed around, no escalation maze. We answer the phone.
We tell you what's happening, what it costs, and when it's done. We don't oversell the routine and we don't undersell the difficult. The job is the job.
Whether you're evaluating vendors for a recurring contract, sizing up a one-time project, or just verifying we're real before you put us in an RFP, we're easy to reach.
