Platform & technology
Most enterprise services vendors built one customer interface. We built three. A web-based customer portal for your facilities and operations team. A REST API for direct integration with the property management, dispatch, and ERP platforms you already run. And ClutterBot.ai, our MCP server in beta, for accounts piloting AI agents that need to address vendors directly through Claude, ChatGPT, or whatever agent stack your team uses. Same back-end. Three doors in.
The three access layers
Each layer addresses a different buyer workflow. The portal is for the facilities lead who wants a dashboard. The API is for the property management platform that wants direct integration. ClutterBot.ai is for the procurement team running an AI agent. All three sit on the same operational backbone, with the same job-level data, documentation, and dispatch logic.
Web-based dashboard for your facilities, operations, and AP teams. Single view across all properties, jobs, documentation, and invoicing.
Built for
Facilities directors, regional managers, AP teams, sustainability officers
Direct integration with your property management, dispatch, and ERP platforms. Bidirectional where the platform supports it; documented file-format compatibility where it doesn't.
Built for
IT and platform teams, integration engineers, multi-location operators
Your AI agent connects directly to JRP through Model Context Protocol. Schedule pickups, query reports, manage the account through Claude, ChatGPT, or your custom agent stack.

ClutterBot.ai · MCP server
Model Context Protocol is the open standard for connecting AI agents to external systems. It's how Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and custom enterprise agents access services without screen-scraping or custom integration code.
ClutterBot.ai is JRP's MCP server. Once your account connects, your agent can schedule pickups, query reports, pull invoices, look up job status, and manage account settings using natural language. The work happens in your agent's workflow, not in a separate vendor portal you have to log into.
Compatible agent platforms:
Integrations
Direct API integration where the platform supports it; documented file-format compatibility (invoicing, manifests, diversion data) where it doesn't. The integration model is confirmed during account setup based on your specific stack.
Direct API integration listed without notation. Documented file-format compatibility marked "file format." Don't see your platform? Tell us what you run and we'll confirm integration scope.
Customer portal
Built on the LoadUp platform infrastructure that has been operating since 2014, with B2B-specific account features layered on top. Multi-property accounts get a single login with role-based views: facilities leads see jobs and dispatch, AP sees invoicing, sustainability sees diversion reports, regional managers see the portfolio rollup.
Account onboarding sets up users, properties, dispatch rules, and integration touchpoints in the first week. By week two, your team is using the portal as the default vendor management interface for JRP work.
One-click pickup scheduling by property, with scope templates for recurring work.
Track active jobs from dispatch through completion. ETA, crew, photo updates.
All disposal manifests, weight tickets, photos, and certificates indexed by job ID.
Estimated diversion-by-stream tied to job and property. Exportable for ESG.
Consolidated invoice view across the portfolio with property-level breakdown.
Facilities, AP, sustainability, executives each see the views relevant to them.
Security & compliance
JRP's platform inherits the security posture of LoadUp Technologies' production infrastructure. We're transparent about what's live today and what's on the roadmap. For accounts requiring specific security review or BAA arrangements, we coordinate during account setup.
TLS 1.2+ for all data in transit. Encryption at rest for sensitive customer data including documentation, invoicing, and diversion reports.
Multi-user accounts with permission tiers. Facilities, AP, sustainability, and executive roles each see scoped views aligned to job function.
Sensitive operations (account changes, user permission changes, documentation access) are logged with user, timestamp, and action retained for compliance review.
For healthcare accounts with ePHI exposure, BAA available and standard. Destruction workflow follows NIST 800-88 with chain-of-custody documentation.
SOC 2 Type II audit on the roadmap. For accounts requiring SOC 2 today, we coordinate alternative compliance documentation during contract setup.
SAML SSO and SCIM provisioning are on the platform roadmap. For accounts requiring SSO today, we coordinate authentication options during onboarding.
