The agreement between you and JRP for using this website and our services.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and LoadUp Technologies, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company doing business as Junk Removal Plus ("JRP," "we," "us," "our"). They govern your use of junkremovalplus.com (the "Site") and the junk removal and related services we provide ("Services").
By using the Site or requesting Services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Site or our Services.
Commercial accounts with signed contracts are governed primarily by those contracts. These Terms supplement, but do not replace, the terms of any signed agreement.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Site or request Services. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Prices shown on the Site or in initial communications are estimates based on the information you provide. Actual prices may differ based on the volume, type, accessibility, and condition of the items, and on the location of the job. Final pricing is confirmed before pickup or under a written contract for ongoing accounts.
We do not haul hazardous waste. This includes, without limitation, paint, motor oil, asbestos, propane tanks, batteries (other than household alkaline), pesticides, medical waste, and most chemicals. If the Loader assigned to your job arrives and finds prohibited items, we may refuse those items and adjust pricing accordingly.
You are responsible for ensuring that the items to be removed are accessible and that the Loader assigned to your job has safe access to your property. You are also responsible for any permits, building access requirements, or HOA approvals needed at your location.
Residential bookings can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the pickup window without charge. Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled pickup may incur a fee. Commercial accounts follow the cancellation terms in their contract.
Residential bookings are typically paid at the time of service or at the time of online booking. We accept major credit and debit cards. Commercial accounts are invoiced according to the terms of their contract, generally Net 30.
Late payments on commercial accounts may incur late fees of 1.5% per month (or the maximum rate allowed by law, whichever is less) and may result in suspension of service until the account is brought current.
Once we pick up your items, ownership transfers to us, and we determine how to dispose of them. Our standard practice is to donate items in good condition, recycle what can be recycled, and dispose of the rest at licensed facilities. We may also resell items where appropriate, with proceeds going to fund our operations and donation partnerships.
If you have specific items you want returned, donated to a particular charity, or recycled in a specific way, you must tell us in writing before pickup. Otherwise, we make these decisions at our sole discretion.
JRP jobs are fulfilled by independent contractors ("Loaders") operating on the LoadUp Technologies network. Loaders are not employees, agents, or representatives of JRP or LoadUp Technologies, LLC. They operate their own businesses, set their own schedules, supply their own equipment in many cases, and accept jobs at their discretion. LoadUp Technologies coordinates the network and requires background checks, insurance verification, and adherence to platform service standards as conditions of network participation, but does not direct or control how Loaders perform individual jobs.

The Site and its content (including the JRP and Junk Removal Plus names and logos, the LoadUp brand, photography, copy, and code) are owned by LoadUp Technologies, LLC or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any of it without our written permission.
JRP and the contractors who fulfill jobs on our behalf carry general liability insurance, auto insurance, and workers' compensation coverage. Certificates of Insurance are available to commercial customers and to property managers on request.
We will use reasonable care during pickup. However, JRP and LoadUp Technologies are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your property or for damage that results from items being in unstable conditions before our arrival.
The Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except where required by law or by signed contract.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JRP and LoadUp Technologies are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our Services, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Site or our Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Services giving rise to the claim during the six months before the claim arose, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100).
This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law (such as gross negligence or willful misconduct), and it does not modify the terms of any signed commercial contract.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JRP, LoadUp Technologies, and our affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or Services, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site or Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia. You and JRP agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
For commercial accounts with signed contracts that include arbitration or alternative dispute resolution provisions, those provisions control.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be communicated through the Site or by email where appropriate. Your continued use of the Site or Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
