Why Fort Worth picks JRP
Fort Worth is often grouped together with Dallas as "DFW," but operationally and commercially the two cities run on different rhythms. Fort Worth is anchored by the Cultural District, a substantial energy-and-industrial corporate base, and the Stockyards, with the Alliance Texas master-planned development to the north driving substantial logistics, e-commerce, and industrial real estate activity.
For JRP, that means a different mix of work than Dallas proper: heavier industrial decommissioning and warehouse cleanouts in the Alliance corridor, more energy-sector and corporate office TI debris in Downtown and the West 7th corridor, and substantial multifamily portfolio coverage across the rapidly growing mid-cities and Mansfield submarkets.
We coordinate routing across both Tarrant and Dallas County so that a portfolio with assets in both Fort Worth and Dallas can run through a single account team and consistent service-level agreements.
DFW metroplex coverage
Fort Worth has been one of the fastest-growing major cities in the country, with population growth driven by both inbound corporate relocations and substantial residential construction in the suburbs. Tarrant County alone has added hundreds of thousands of residents in the last decade, with most of the growth concentrated in the northern and western suburbs.
That growth pattern produces a specific kind of junk removal demand: continuous multifamily delivery and tenant turnover across Mansfield, Keller, Southlake, and the HEB mid-cities; corporate office TI debris in the Alliance corridor; and steady residential pre-listing and estate cleanout work in the established Westside and TCU-area neighborhoods.
Fort Worth's industrial base, anchored by AllianceAirport and the surrounding logistics-and-distribution footprint, also produces a steady stream of warehouse decommissioning and industrial cleanout work that's distinct from Dallas's commercial mix.
Where we work
Tarrant County spans roughly 900 square miles and contains a wide mix of urban core, master-planned industrial, suburban residential, and mid-city commercial. Each submarket has a distinct commercial profile and routing pattern.

Where your junk actually goes
Texas solid waste is regulated by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) under Title 30 of the Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 330. Tarrant County is served by a combination of municipally-operated landfills, private regional landfills, and dedicated C&D facilities. The North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) maintains regional facility directories.
Primary municipal landfill serving the City of Fort Worth. Accepts MSW, brush, and bulky waste. Fort Worth residents have access to drop-off services. Commercial disposal is fee-based and routed by waste classification.
Major regional landfill serving the Tarrant County and southern DFW area. Operated by Republic Services. Accepts municipal solid waste and select special waste streams with profiling. Used for higher-volume Fort Worth commercial accounts.
Regional landfill serving the eastern Tarrant County and Arlington area. Accepts MSW and commercial waste. Used for Arlington-corridor and HEB mid-cities accounts to minimize haul distances.
Construction and demolition debris must be disposed at Type IV landfills specifically permitted for that waste stream under Texas regulations. We route C&D loads from GC and post-build projects to appropriate Type IV facilities based on project location.
Disposal routing depends on waste classification, project location, and facility capacity. We coordinate the appropriate destination during job intake. Special waste categories including used oil, tires, and household hazardous waste have separate regulated channels in Texas.
