After a renovation, you're left with drywall, lumber, fixtures, broken tile, packaging, and old cabinetry. We haul it all out fast — typically in one or two truck loads — and route C&D materials through metal, concrete, and wood recycling rather than straight landfill. Same standards as the diversion documentation we deliver on commercial GC partner work.
Same-day quotes from photos · C&D recycling routing · LEED-compatible documentation · Photos + diversion data
Post-construction debris is a different category from typical household junk. The volumes are larger, the materials are heavier, and the recycling routing actually matters — both for diversion reporting and to keep the per-ton cost reasonable. Most post-construction loads we handle include:
For most jobs, photos of the debris pile (or piles, if scattered) are enough to quote. For larger projects (whole-home renovations, multi-floor work), we send a Loader for a quick site walk.
You get an itemized quote with the estimated truck volume and notes on which materials route to recycling versus disposal. If you need LEED-grade documentation, we flag that on the quote so the data capture is set up correctly from the start.
Loaders arrive in the 4-hour window, load everything to the truck, sweep up after, and document with photos. Most post-construction jobs are single-day; whole-home renovations can be 2–3 days.
Metal goes to scrap metal recycling. Concrete and tile route through C&D recycling facilities. Drywall to gypsum recovery where available. Wood to wood recycling or biomass. Only the truly non-recoverable stream routes to permitted landfill. Weight tickets and routing percentages available on request.
Pricing is volume-based — measured by how much truck space the debris occupies — with a per-truck floor rate. Heavier loads (concrete, tile, large appliance) factor into the quote because tipping fees at C&D facilities are weight-based.
Most single-room renovations (a bathroom remodel, a kitchen cabinet replacement) land in the $290–$490 range. Larger jobs (whole-kitchen demo, multi-room flooring tear-out) typically run $440–$790. Whole-home renovations are quoted per-project, often with multiple truck loads across 2–3 days.
If a contractor is involved and the debris is being managed under a construction MSA or contract, our procurement team can quote on the GC-partner pricing model rather than retail. See procurement details for that path.
We handle the cleanup — the hauling, sorting, recycling routing, and documentation. We don't do the demolition itself. If you need the demo done too, we coordinate with demo and remediation partners and quote the combined scope.
Pre-1978 buildings often have lead-based paint, and pre-1980 buildings sometimes have asbestos in popcorn ceilings, HVAC tape, or floor tiles. We don't haul those materials directly — they require licensed abatement contractors. We will flag them at walkthrough, recommend an inspector, and coordinate the cleanup of NON-hazardous debris around the abatement schedule.
Yes. For LEED-pursuing projects (typically GC-managed but sometimes homeowner-managed for higher-end builds), we capture weight tickets at the facility, document routing destinations, and provide diversion percentage reporting suitable for LEED submittal. Flag the LEED requirement at quote so we set the documentation up from day one.
Same-day or next-business-day for most metros if photos confirm the scope. Larger or multi-day projects schedule out 3–7 days depending on Loader availability and truck capacity in your area.
Yes. For active renovation projects, we set up scheduled pickups (weekly or twice-weekly) so the debris pile never gets out of control. Pricing is per-pickup; total project cost is usually lower than waiting and doing it all in one massive load.
Yes. Old refrigerators, freezers, ranges, dishwashers, washers, dryers, HVAC units — all part of standard scope. Refrigerant recovery by Section 608-certified technicians is included on every refrigerant-containing appliance.
We don't typically load rented dumpsters from third parties. We bring our own trucks, load directly, and route the materials. If you have a partially-loaded dumpster, we can quote the remaining haul as a separate scope.
We use floor protection (runners, blankets, ramps) for finished interior surfaces. For freshly-renovated areas where flooring is brand new, mention it at quote and we'll bring extra protection. We document the property condition before and after with photos.
Tell us about the property — address, approximate size, and timeline. Photos help us quote accurately. We respond within one business day, most often same day.
