How it works.

Three steps, no surprise fees. Most quotes are confirmed within one business day; same-day pickups available in most metros.

Step 1

Book online.

Enter your ZIP, tell us what we're hauling, and upload a couple of photos. Takes about a minute. Or call us at (833) 543-2337 if you'd rather talk to a human.

Step 2

See your price.

Most jobs price instantly online from photos. For larger scopes, we send a same-day or next-business-day quote. Transparent line items, no hidden fees.

Step 3

We haul it away.

Loaders arrive in your 4-hour window, do the heavy lifting, sweep up after, and route everything through donation, recycling, or permitted disposal as appropriate.

Transparent pricing.

Pricing is volume-based — measured by the cubic foot of truck space your items occupy. You see the price before we arrive, not after we've started loading. No upcharges, no "we got here so you have to pay" pressure.

Pricing ranges shown are typical national ranges. Final pricing reflects your specific items, location, access (stairs/walks/elevators), and current local market rates. We're upfront before you confirm.

Frequently asked questions.

How fast can you come?

Same-day pickups are available in most metro areas if you book before noon. Next-day is the standard turnaround. For larger jobs (estate cleanouts, whole-home), we coordinate the schedule with you based on truck and Loader availability.

How is pricing calculated?

Pricing is based on the cubic feet of truck space your items occupy. Smaller jobs (one couch, one mattress, one appliance) are priced as single-item pickups. Larger jobs scale up by truck-load fraction. You see the price before we arrive — there's no "we showed up so now you owe us" surprise.

Do I have to be home during pickup?

You don't, as long as items are accessible (driveway, curb, garage with a door code, etc.). We coordinate access in advance and send photos when the pickup is complete. If items are inside the home, we typically need someone present or detailed instructions.

What don't you take?

We don't haul: hazardous waste (paint, solvents, motor oil, pesticides), live ammunition, propane tanks with fuel, asbestos, medical waste, or biohazard materials. For those, we'll point you to your local hazardous-waste collection program. We can coordinate around hazardous items in a larger cleanout — they just have to route separately.

Do you donate or recycle what you take?

Yes — donation and recycling are standard, not premium. Working furniture, appliances, and household goods route through Goodwill, Habitat for Humanity ReStores, Salvation Army, and local furniture banks. Electronics route through R2 or e-Stewards certified processors. Mattresses route through state mattress recycling programs where available. Only truly end-of-life materials route to permitted landfill.

How do I pay?

Credit card or ACH bank transfer at booking confirmation. We don't take cash on arrival. Payment processed by Stripe with full receipt sent by email.

Are your Loaders background-checked and insured?

Yes. Every Loader passes background checks before being approved on our network. JRP carries general liability coverage up to $5M per occurrence, with COI available on request for property managers, HOAs, or buildings that require it.

What if you damage something?

We're insured for accidental damage during pickup. Report any damage within 24 hours of the pickup and we'll work through it with you. We document items with photos before loading specifically to make damage claims clean and quick.
